Free mobile phone charging and Wi-Fi at evacuation shelters
NTT Docomo, KDDI, and SoftBank are offering free cell phone charging services and Wi-Fi spots mainly at evacuation centers.
The Wi-Fi network appears as "00000JAPAN." Communications data is not encrypted, so the carriers are urging users not to enter sensitive information, such as credit card details and passwords.
