- 80g unsalted butter
30g powder sugar
50g almond powder
50g plain flour
extra powder sugar for finishing
|1 Make sure to get the butter to room temperature.|
|2 Preheat the oven to
3 Cream the butter, add the powdered sugar and mix well.
|4 Sift the almond powder, flour and cornstarch into the mixture and mix well.|
|5 Place a baking sheet on
a baking tray.
6 Roll the mixture into small balls and put them on the tray. The balls should be about the same size.
|7 Bake for about 15 minutes at 160°C.|
|8 Let them cool on a wire lack so that they will be crispy.|
|9 Dust the cookies with powder sugar.|
