Ingredients (Serves 4)
*100g plain flour
*100g strong flour
*2 tsp baking powder
*2 tbsp sugar
*1/2 cup / 100ml milk
*2 tbsp plain yoghurt
*1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 Sift the plain flour, strong flour, and baking powder into a bowl. Add the salt, sugar, and mix. Add the milk, yoghurt, and vegetable oil, and mix until it comes together.

2 Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Let it stand for about 10 minutes.

3 Place a parchment paper on a cutting board and put the dough on it. Flatten it with your hand.
Cut it into any size you like.

4 Bake it on a grill. Once it gets browned, turn it over and bake for 3 to 4 minutes until it's cooked through.
