Karaage Fried Chicken

Ingredients (Serves 4)
Ingredients for the ginger soy sauce
* 1 cup / 200 ml soy sauce
* 1 knob ginger
* 2-3 cloves garlic

Ingredients for the fried chicken
* 600g chicken thigh
* 1 egg
* 1 tbsp garlic and ginger soy sauce
* 4 tbsp potato starch
* 1 tbsp flour
* salt

How to make ginger soy sauce
Add the sliced garlic and ginger to the soy sauce.

How to make fried chicken
1 Cut the chicken into 3cm cube pieces.

2 Put the chicken into a bowl. Add the garlic and ginger soy sauce and mix it well. Let the chicken absorb the sauce. Let this marinate for 10 minutes.

3 Add the beaten egg to a bowl and mixing it well. Add the potato starch and flour and mix this again with your hands.

4 Deep-fry the chicken until it is crispy on the outside and cooked throughout in the middle.
Place the chicken on a serving plate. Squeeze the yuzu , sudachi and kabosu over top, to your taste.
