Spicy Bean Sprouts
- Ingredients (Serves 4)
- * 500g soy bean sprouts
< sauce >
* 1 tbsp chicken soup paste
* 1 cup /200ml hot water
* 1-2 tsp Chinese chili bean paste
* 2 tsp light soy sauce
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* 2 tbsp vinegar
1 Make the sauce by dissolving the chicken soup paste in the hot water. Add the chili bean sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and vinegar.
2 Remove the roots from the bean sprouts. Dry-fry them for 3 to 4 minutes, put them in a colander and let them cool.
3 Add the bean sprouts to the sauce and let it stand for a while.
