Sesame Miso Soup with Bamboo Shoot
- Ingredients (Serves 4)
- * 2 boiled bamboo shoot (head part)
* 50g mitsuba
* 4 cups / 800ml dashi stock
* 3 tbsp miso
* 4 tbsp sesame paste
1 Slice the bamboo shoot thinly. Chop the mitsuba into small pieces.
2 Warm the dashi stock in a pan. Add the bamboo shoot.
Dissolve the miso and sesame paste in the dashi stock.
3 Turn off the heat. Serve in bowls. Add the mitsuba.
