Spaghetti Napolitana

Ingredients (Serves 4)
* 250g Spaghetti
* 1 onion
* 4 slices of ham
* 4 green peppers
* 115g brown mushrooms
* 7 - 8 tbsp tomato ketchup
* 1 tsp granulated consommé powder
* Worcester sauce
* salt & pepper -- to taste
* parmesan cheese -- to taste

1 Slice the onion. Cut the ham in half and cut it into 1cm wide pieces.
Cut the green pepper in half and remove the seeds. Then cut it into fine strips. Remove the stems of the mushrooms and slice them thinly.

2 Boil the spaghetti in ample boiling water with salt. Drain it.

3 Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion, ham, green pepper, and mushrooms in this order. Add the spaghetti and fry together.

4 Add the ketchup, consommé and sauce and fry quickly. Season it with salt , pepper and parmesan cheese to your taste.
