Hot Pickled Cauliflower
- Ingredients (Serves 4)
- *1 head of cauliflower (370g)
*2 red chilli peppers (seeds removed)
*1 clove garlic (thinly sliced)
*1 tbsp granulated consommé powder
*1/2 cup / 100ml vinegar
1 Cut the cauliflower into florets. Cut the stalk into small pieces.
2 Heat the little oil in the frying pan. Add the sliced garlic.
When the aroma comes up, add the cauliflower and the red chili pepper and fry them quickly on high heat.
3 Turn off the heat. Add the vinegar and the consommé and mix them quickly. Season with soy sauce.
