Tosa Vinegar Flavored Cauliflower
- Ingredients (Serves 4)
- *400g cauliflower
*2 chopped red chili peppers
< Tosa Vinegar > (vinegar flavored with bonito flakes)
*2 tbsp soy sauce
*1/2 cup / 100 ml vinegar
*3 tbsp sugar
*4 tbsp lemon juice
1 Put the vinegar, mirin, soy sauce and sugar in a bowl and mix well until the sugar dissolves completely.
2 Add the lemon juice, salt and stir again. That's it for the Tosa Vinegar.
3 Chop the cauliflower into 5 to 8 millimeters and place them in a plastic bag.
4 Add the Tosa Vinegar and the chopped red pepper, and marinate in the refrigerator for one hour.
