Fresh Salad with Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 4)
*1 stalk celery
*1/2 leaf lettuce
*6 grape tomatoes
*1 Japanese cucumber
*3 tbsp vinegar
*2 tbsp soy sauce
*1 tsp sugar
*1 knob ginger
*sesame oil

1 Pour the soy sauce into a bowl. Add the vinegar, sugar, ginger and sesame oil for aroma. Mix well and the dressing is ready.

2 Cut the celery in half, and string it. Then slice it into small thin pieces.
And let's go on to the cucumber. Cut off the ends, cut it in half, remove the seeds with a spoon, and slice it into small pieces. Soak the celery and cucumber in ice water. Tear the leaf lettuce into 2 to 3 cm pieces, and put them into ice water.

3 Take the grape tomatoes out of the fridge.

4 Remove the calyxes, and quarter the tomatoes.
Drain the vegetable that have been soaking in the ice water with a salad spinner.

5 Place the vegetables in a dish, add the tomatoes, and mix lightly.
Pour on the dressing and the salad is done.
