Avocado and Tofu Dip Sandwich

Ingredients (Serves 4)
*Avocado and tofu dip:
     -1/2 block silk tofu (soft tofu)
     -1 cup drained yogurt or cottage cheese
     -Avocado
     -2 tbsp mayonnaise
     -1 1/2 tsp consommé powder
     -Salt and pepper to taste
*Prosciutto ham
*Lettuce
*Herbs
*Bread

1 Drain the tofu. Wrap it in kitchen paper. Place it in a strainer for a few minutes to drain off any excess water.

2 Put paper towel in a strainer and drain the yogurt in it.

3 Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash avocado in a bowl. Then add tofu and drained yogurt. Mix well.

4 Add mayonnaise, consommé powder, salt and pepper. "Avocado and Tofu Dip" is done.

5 Slice the bread .

6 Tear the lettuce and place on the bread. Add the herb mix and the prosciutto ham. Spread the dip on top. Add some more lettuce on top and cover with the bread.

7 Cut the sandwich in half.
