Steamed Sea Bream
- Ingredients (Serves 4)
- * 2 sea bream fillets
* 1 slice bacon
* a little sake and salt
* 1 Japanese leek
* 1knob ginger
1 Cut the sea bream in half and make a crisscross cut on the surface. Season with the sake and salt.
2 Cut the bacon into 4 pieces.
3 Slice the leek diagonally, soak it in water and drain well. Shred the ginger finely.
4 Place half the leek and ginger on each serving plate. Use the rest for garnishing.
5 Add the sea bream and put the bacon on top.
6 Put it in a steaming basket and steam for 5 mintues.
