Fried Rice with Crabmeat

Ingredients (Serves 2)
*150g(net)crabmeat(boiled)
*100g ground beef
*1 cup/200ml rice
*1/4 onion
*100g sliced mushrooms
*3 eggs
*spring onion
*salt & pepper

Ingredients for garlic and ginger soy sauce
*2 cups/400ml soy sauce
*2-3 cloves garlic
*1 knob ginger

1 Make garlic and ginger soy sauce. Slice the garlic and the ginger. Put the garlic and the ginger in a jar and pour the soy sauce. Let it stand for one to two days. (If you don't have time, it's OK.)

2 Remove the crabmeat from the shell. Pick the meat off and remove the cartilage Break the meat into flakes roughly.

3 Chop the onion and spring onion finely. Drain the mushrooms well.(Fresh mushrooms can also be used.)

4 Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

5 Place the frying pan over a high heat and add the oil. Pour in the beaten eggs and fry them quickly, stirring gently. Take them out of the pan.

6 Put a little oil in the frying pan. Add the beef and fry it well.
When the meat is cooked, add the onions and continue to fry.

7 Add the rice and fry them together. Add a little more oil if it's dry.
Pour the garlic ginger soy sauce around the rim of the pan.
Fry and flip the rice well so that the rice doesn't stick together. (for about 7-8 minutes)

8 Add the crabmeat, mushrooms and eggs and fry. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Turn the heat off and add the spring onion. Mix them in thoroughly.
