- Ingredients (Serves 4)
- *400g block pork
*6 tbsp soy sauce
*4 tbsp mirin sweet cooking sake
*1 knob ginger
1 Cut the half-frozen pork block into 3 to 5mm thick slices.
2 Put the pork between two layers of plastic wrap placed on a cutting board .Strike and press the pork with a rolling pin.
3 Grate the ginger. Add the mirin and soy sauce, and mix them well. The sauce is done.
4 Soak the pork in the sauce for about one minute, make sure not to soak it too long. Then brown it over a high heat.
