- Ingredients (Serves 4)
- *400g/14oz pork shoulder loin
*1 tbsp grated ginger
*6 pieces cabbage
*6 tbsp soy sauce
*4 tbsp mirin
1 Slice the half-frozen pork thin. Place plastic wrap on the cutting board and put the pork on it.
2 Cover the pork with plastic wrap. Tap or roll the pork with a wooden roller.
3 Mix the soy sauce and mirin. Add the grated ginger and mix. Marinate the pork in the mixture for a few minutes.
4 Turn on the heat and add the oil to the pan. Add the pork and brown it completely.
5 Put the shredded cabbage on a plate. Then put the cooked pork on top.
