Sautéed Green Peppers and Pork
- Ingredients (Serves 4)
- *10 green peppers (280g/ 10oz)
*200g/ 7oz thinly sliced pork
*4-5 tbsp "Miso" bean paste marinade
1 Core the green peppers and cut into large strips.
2 Cut the sliced pork into 3-4cm pieces.
3 Heat a frying pan and add vegetable oil. Stir-fry the green peppers until they are tender.
4 Add the pork and sauté further.
5 Add "Miso" bean paste marinade and stir-fry. Add sliced cayenne pepper. For additional flavor, add soy sauce or salt.
