Fried Chingensai Pak Choi
- Ingredients (Serves 4)
- *6-8 bunches "Chingensai" pak choi (800g/ 28oz)
*1 clove garlic
*4-5 tbsp simmered pork sauce
1 Cut the "Chingensai". Separate the stems from the leaves, and further cut the leaves in half. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the crushed garlic to flavor the oil over high heat.
2 Fry the stems of the "Chingensai" and then add the leaves. Add the simmered pork sauce and season with salt and pepper.
3 Serve on a plate. Remove some of the garlic, if preferred.
