Salmon Patty on Rice with Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients (Serves 4)
"Teriyaki" sauce
*1/4 cup (50ml) soy sauce
*1/4 cup (50ml) "Mirin" sweet cooking sake
*2 tbsp sugar

*4 salmon patties (see "Salmon burger" recipe)
*Vegetable oil

*Warm rice
* "Nori" seaweed

1 Make salmon patties. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through.

2 Pour soy sauce, sugar and "Mirin" in a sauce pan and cook over low heat till the sauce thickens.

3 Serve warm cooked rice in a bowl, and top with a salmon patty.

Pour the "Teriyaki" sauce on top.
Optional: garnish with "Nori" seaweed.
