- Ingredients (Serves 4)
- *2 chicken boneless thighs
*Salt (to taste)
*Pepper (to taste)
*2 tbsp soy sauce
*2 tbsp mirin
*2 tsp sugar
1 Pierce the chicken with a fork. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2 Turn on the heat and add the oil to a frying pan.
3 Add the chicken to the frying pan, skin side down and brown. Flip and brown on opposite side.
4 Pierce the foil and place on top of the chicken. Make sure the chicken cooks well, but doesn't burn.
5 Turn the heat down. Remove the chicken.
6 Add the soy sauce, mirin and sugar. Boil the sauce down. Put the chicken back into the glaze to coat it.
7 Place the chicken on parchment and cut it into bite size pieces. Put on a serving plate and pour the sauce on top.
