Ingredients
* 1 cup / 200ml mirin
* 1 cup / 200ml soy sauce
* 2 tbsp sugar
* 4 cups / 800ml dashi

1 Put 1 cup of mirin in a pan and simmer it for 2-3 minutes to evaporate some of the alcohol.

2 Add sugar and soy sauce and mix.

3 Simmer it for 1-2 minutes on low heat. Turn off the heat.

4 Add the dashi.

* You can keep "Mentsuyu" in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
