Coleslaw Salad

Ingredients (Serves 4)
*4-5 cabbage leaves (300g / 11oz)
*1/4 onion (50g / 2oz)
*1 tbsp vegetable oil
*3-4 tbsp vinegar
*1 tsp sugar
*Salt and pepper to taste
*4 tbsp white sesame seeds
*4 sprigs fresh dill

1 Shred the cabbage and onion. Soak them in cold water for 2 or 3 minutes and drain well. Put it in the refrigerator and cool them for about 30 minutes.

2 Add the vegetable oil and marinade.

3 Then add the vinegar and sugar in this order. Sprinkle the salt and pepper.

4 Finally add the white sesame seeds and chopped dill. Mix them, but not too much.
