I made this bento because of the hina matsuri. My focus was to use prawns from Switzerland. For me it's important to use orcanic ingredients.
Your personal recipe or ingredient tweaks
I peeled the prawns and washed it in clear, cold water. Then I putt them for 5 minutes in the steamer. Just bevor using them, I gave some soy sauce on it.
