Chinese photographer Mi Ya is on a photo shoot at a hot spring in Nagano Prefecture, famed for the wild monkeys that bathe there. She happens to meet a Japanese couple traveling there and they all go to a soba restaurant. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to tell people what you’ve been doing lately or what you’re doing now. Later in the program, we’ll tell you about the traditional Japanese food, soba buckwheat noodles.
We also provide a website filled with materials to help you learn Japanese such as audio samples, texts, animation of the skit, quizzes and so on. Just click on the link below the picture.
