Indonesian Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto claims he is on track to win last week’s presidential election. Unofficial counts show that he has secured over 55％ of the vote. Prabowo was a commander in the Indonesian military during the autocratic Suharto administration. His controversial past includes alleged human rights abuses.
