We believe we are living in the "now." However, most people are held back by their past experiences and anxieties about the future, multiplying their stress levels. Mindfulness meditation is a stress reduction method which has been gaining attention worldwide, bringing the mind into the "now." Activating the brain, improving resistance to stress, and improved performance can be achieved.
