Broadcast on February 11, 2022 Available until March 31, 2023

Tokyo's Asakusa has a deep-rooted culture of geisha entertainment and is famed for its traditional footwear industry. The area also became known for leather shoes when demand for military boots increased. Japan-based music producer Maydenfield wanders about, sampling ambient sounds to make into a song that captures the essence of Asakusa: thongs being fitted to geta sandals, sewing machines stitching tabi socks, a wooden shoe mold being filed, stretching leather and the hammering of nails.
