"Trails to Tasty Tokyo" introduces a wide range of foods found at the city’s markets including Tsukiji, which for years was known as "Tokyo’s kitchen," and Toyosu, its successor. In this episode, we focus on fu, a food made from flour. Fu has been eaten in Japan for hundreds of years. It's high in protein and low in calories. It comes in various shapes and colors, making dishes look more appealing. We visit Kanazawa, where many people eat fu almost every day, and introduce fu dishes.
