Broadcast on June 23, 2020
Available until July 7, 2021

Bars of soap that you might mistake for fruit-packed popsicles are popular right now. They are made by people with disabilities. At a soap factory in Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, 24 employees with mental, psychological, or physical disabilities work under the same roof. They challenge themselves to new tasks and master skills a machine can not replicate. We’ll focus on the soap factory, a small, successful business where individuals can grow together. (This program was broadcast on December 3, 2019.)
