'Gandhi of Okinawa's' non-violent resistance resonates decades later

Ahagon Shoko's photos captured scenes of peaceful resistance against the US military on Okinawa's Ie Island in the 50s and 60s. Ahagon, a protest leader, became known as the 'Ghandi of Okinawa.' Decades later, work is being done to preserve what he captured. NHK World's Yotsumoto Jun tells the story.
