New ship hopes to put whale back on Japanese plates

Japan used to produce hundreds of thousands of tons of whale meat every year. Today, many diners haven't even tried the dish. NHK World's Hirayama Akihide explains how a new ship is hoping to get the meat back into Japanese kitchens.
