Wisteria is now blooming in Japan. Ashikaga Flower Park north of Tokyo is glamming up its world famous wisteria trees by lighting them up at night. Now that COVID restrictions have been eased, travelers from abroad are getting the chance to immerse themselves in the alluring view for the first time in 4 years.
