All Eyes on Fed's Outlook

Decision makers at the Federal Reserve have had a bruising year but it's not over yet. On December 13-14, they'll convene for their final policy meeting of 2022. All eyes are on the outlook for 2023 - and whether the central bank can tame persistently high inflation without triggering a recession. NHK World's Yanaka Marie asked two former Japanese central bankers, Kiuchi Takahide and Shirai Sayuri, about what to expect.
