Bhutan's Matsutake Hunters Cater to Japanese Market

Grilled or steamed, matsutake mushrooms are a prized autumn delicacy in Japan for their distinctive aroma as well as their scarcity in the wild. China has become the main overseas supplier to this market. Bhutan, however, is shipping small but growing amounts to Japan.
