Landmark Deal on Global TAX Reform

Economies accounting for about 90% of global GDP have reached a landmark deal to ensure that large companies pay their fair share of tax. But Oka Naoki of the Tokyo Foundation for Policy Research says putting the framework into effect faces obstacles as the signatories, including the US, still need to secure legislative approval for the plan at home.
