Tsunami-hit Area Becomes New Destination for School Trips

Many annual school trips have been cancelled in Japan this year, due to the coronavirus pandemic. Some teachers have opted to organize excursions closer to home. In northeastern Japan, journeys to areas struck by the 2011 earthquake and tsunami are becoming popular. NHK World's Ishikawa Seigi accompanied students on one of those trips.
