Ancient camellia springs to life

A 450-year-old camellia tree at the Daijuji Temple in Yazu Town, Tottori Prefecture, is back in bloom, its branches adorned with pale pink flowers that draw crowds of tourists every spring. Camellia flowers are widely used in Japanese tea ceremonies.
