Magnificent waterfall cloaked in fall foliage

Nametsu waterfall, located in Miyagi Prefecture's Shichikashuku Town, is nicknamed Nikai Falls because it features two steps. The river rushes over the waterfall, which is 10 meters high and 30 meters wide. Through mid-November, the surrounding woods are ablaze in autumn colors. Access to the area takes about 10 minutes via a path from a nearby parking lot.
