Nagano's autumn tapestry

Cosmos flowers are nicknamed the sakura of autumn.
At the Kurohime Green Garden in the highlands of Nagano, millions of delicate pink, red, and white cosmos carpet the slopes of a local ski resort. They've come into full bloom two weeks earlier than usual.
Throughout September, visitors can enjoy this brilliant scenery of petals swaying in the gentle breezes from the ground or panorama lift.
