Mt. Fuji climbing season begins

The summer climbing season has opened on Japan's highest mountain. On one side of Mount Fuji, climbers were walking cautiously as the winds grew more intense close to the summit. When they reached the peak, they were rewarded with a sea of clouds. The climbing season will run until September 10.
