A colorful rainy season in Kumamoto

About 30,000 hydrangeas are in full bloom at a farm in Hitoyoshi City, Kumamoto. They are the pride and joy of a 74-year-old farmer who taught himself how to plant and grow the flowers. He has gradually expanded his fields and now the farm is a popular tourist attraction. Visitors can enjoy the vibrant colors until early July.
