A heartwarming duck family

A spot-billed mother duck and her adorable downy ducklings are making a splash at a park in the center of Chiba City.
Spot-billed ducks have been seen raising their young in the park's pond for the past several years. This year, 12 chicks accompanied by their mother are paddling around the pond and waddling along the banks.

When the mother duck begins grooming herself, the ducklings follow suit. Such scenes are stealing the locals' hearts.
