Cherry blossom train tunnel in Saga

The image of a train emerging from a tunnel of cherry blossom has become a popular
attraction for photography enthusiasts near Uranosaki Station on the Matsuura Railway in Saga Prefecture. The stop is nicknamed Sakura Station. In 1930, to coincide with the opening of the station, locals planted 80 cherry blossom trees and have carefully maintained them through the years.
