Nature struts her stuff in Hokkaido

As temperatures fall, the Tokachi River in Hokkaido's Ikeda Town performs a special feat. With the mercury at minus 21 degrees Celsius, water vapor coming off the river condenses and rises in clouds as a white-tailed eagle looks on.
