Lights of lanterns fill the ancient capital of Nara

The Nara To-kae summer night event, held in the city of Nara, illuminates the city with candlelight. After being canceled for three years due to COVID-19, the event was held again this year, drawing a crowd of 670,000 people over the course of ten days from August 5th to 14th.
