Nakayama Hideki came to NHK in 1995 and served as a news reporter covering numerous events in Japan and around the world, from political elections to natural disasters. He served as a middle east correspondent in Tehran and Dubai delivering reports to viewers of NHK WORLD TV. He was most recently NHK's Dubai Bureau Chief.
