Hashimoto Hirotaka is based in Fukushima Prefecture. He was working in Minamisoma city, just north of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, at the time of the 2011 earthquake, tsunami and nuclear accident, and has been focusing on issues related to the disaster ever since.
