Kim Chan-ju is a Seoul-based news reporter and anchor. She has been covering political issues and current affairs on the Korean Peninsula for NHK World since 2014, including the impeachment of President Park Guen-hye, the inter-Korean summits and the Trump-Kim summit in Singapore. Prior to her career in broadcasting, she was a classically trained flutist.
