Bolivian Woman May Be the World's Oldest

Though the record has not been confirmed, Julia Flores Colque may be the oldest woman alive, at 118. Still lucid and enjoying life, she strums a five-string Andean charango guitar and sings in her native Quechua to visitors to her dirt-floor adobe home in Sacaba. Her identity card says she was born on October 26, 1900 in a mining camp in the Bolivian mountains.
