Japanese defense expert says N.Korea launch may have failed

Former vice admiral of Japan's Maritime Self-Defense Force Koda Yoji told NHK why the launch may have failed. He says the projectile fell out of a normal flight path at an early stage after being launched.

He adds North Korea has plans to launch three satellites this year, and that it's believed their engineers were forced to make preparations under a tight schedule, which may have led to some kind of malfunction.
