Iran President Raisi's crashed helicopter found: state media

Iranian media say rescuers have found the helicopter carrying President Ebrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian. It reportedly made a hard landing on Sunday in a northwestern area of the country.

The condition of the president and the foreign minister is not yet known.

The head of Iran's Red Crescent Society told a state news agency that the situation is not good.

Media outlets say Raisi was traveling from a ceremony to inaugurate a dam.

The weather was bad at the time of the accident.
